As Office Manager, Joanne Loughlin oversees the daily administrative operations of Hamlin & Burton, to include management of escrow services, human resources, payroll, and accounting. Ms. Loughlin began her accounting and business career in 1978 and earned technical certifications in Business Management and Human Resources Administration from Seminole State College of Florida. Ms. Loughlin joined Hamlin & Burton in 2008 and serves our clients from our Corporate Office.
