Cindy Boer’s legal career began in 1997 and included acting as national products liability counsel for Fortune 500 companies, pharmaceutical companies, and medical device manufacturers. After devoting over a decade to defending legal and medical malpractice claims, Ms. Boer most recently served as a Claims Manager at Michigan Professional Insurance Exchange, where she managed professional and general liability claims in the hospital, long term care, and physician group settings. Highly experienced in negotiation and resolution of liability claims, Ms. Boer is also experienced in compliance management to include Medicare, National Practitioner Data Bank, and State Regulatory Reporting. In addition to earning her Juris Doctorate degree, Summa Cum Laude, from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law, Ms. Boer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Calvin College.
