Melissa Balserait oversees Hamlin & Burton’s systems including development of Hamlin & Burton’s proprietary database, CHaRT®. Ms. Balserait has extensive experience in comprehensive data management, process improvement, and project management. She is involved in the implementation of data solutions and reporting technology to meet the specific needs of our clients. Ms. Balserait earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida. Ms. Balserait joined Hamlin & Burton in 2002.
