Melissa Balserait oversees Hamlin & Burton’s technology environment, including leading the development of Hamlin & Burton’s proprietary database, CHaRT®. Ms. Balserait has extensive experience in comprehensive data management, process improvement, and technology-driven solutions that support the specific needs of our clients. Ms. Balserait has been with Hamlin & Burton since 2002 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida.
