Susan McClendon has over 25 years of experience handling professional and general liability claims in the healthcare industry. Ms. McClendon began her career in risk management and subsequently moved into Litigation Management. She has extensive experience in the investigation of acute care, physician and long-term care claims. Most recently, Ms. McClendon owned and operated Coastal Claims Company, LLC, a TPA, which involved all aspects of claims and litigation management. She received her Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Central Florida and is also a licensed Health Care Risk Manager.
