Terry Towles attended the University of Florida where she earned a degree in economics. Ms. Towles began her insurance career in 1985, which includes 20 years of handling complex medical malpractice claims and five years acting as a Regional Director with Medical Assurance. With extensive negotiation and mediation experience, Ms. Towles manages all phases of complex medical malpractice and general liability claims for our hospital, long-term care and physician clients. Ms. Towles joined Hamlin & Burton in 2001.
